Ne-Yo Lands Number One Single

Ne-Yo has clinched the top UK singles chart position from rock band Coldplay.
The Singer's record Closer climbed one spot from last week, edging Coldplay's new release Viva la Vida into second place.
However, the Brit band fronted by Chris Martin retained the number one position in the album chart for the third week.
American Idol winner Jordin Sparks leapt seven places to number three with her single No Air featuring Chris Brown.
While Chris Brown himself climbed one place to number four with his single Forever.
Rihanna dropped two places to number five with her latest song Take a Bow.
There were only three new entries in the top 40 singles chart, the highest being Ironik with Stay With Me at number 11.
