Tony Christie UK Tour Announced

Tony Christie has announced he will go on tour with his new album Made in Sheffield - which includes songs written by Alex Turner and Jarvis Cocker.
The 1970s crooner's song Is This The Way To Amarillo was brought back to the public consciousness in 2005 with a celeb-packed charity version of it made by Peter Kay for Comic Relief.
He has since been working on new material - and has drawn on some of Sheffield's greatest exports to help him.
Tony will tour in November to coincide with the release of his new album on November 3, and is taking Richard Hawley's backing musicians with him. The tour kicks off, of course, in Sheffield.
