Lil Wayne Invented "Bling"

Lil Wayne claims he invented the term "bling".
The New Orleans rapper believes he first coined the term, used to evoke the shine of elaborate jewellery, on his song 'Bling, Bling'.
He told MTV: "I'm the one who created the term. If you go back to the song I'm the one singing it. If you go back to the video you'll see that's me."
