Alex Parks - Honesty
Alex's much loved title track.
'Honesty' is Alex Parks' title track from her latest album, which, to be - honest - we didn't rate too much.
However, 'Honesty' is honestly one of the best tracks on that very album.
One of the things that Alex is well rated for is her voice, it is what got her to votes on Fame Academy and the devoted fans she continues to possess. Yet throughout the album it seemed as if that two years along the line Alex's unique voice had become that ever so much bland, and to some extent dull.
Fear not though, 'Honesty' changes this. The sweet tones are once again heard, the gentle build up to the chorus works well as well as the gentle fall downs gaping over the at-times oddly country-esque sound.
  
'Honesty' is released January 23rd.
