Four Day Hombre - The First Word Is the Hardest
Released February 13th.
This track tries, it really does, but saldy it takes too long to win you over, it is not until two minutes in that you really begin to feel the track for all it's glory - if there is any - and begin to forget how annoying the guys voice really is.
It's progressive nature isn't one that matches the prog-rock greats, but it does build into something completely different from the start, pleasingly so.
This is their second single, the first, '1000 Bulbs' was single of the week on XFM, so I guess that this track just wasn't to my liking.
